I just took 40 tails or so out of the freezer and made another pail when I was cleaning up the freezer. I thtew away 150 of them. I thought I would eat some lefse and drink some coffee and go back to it. I wouldn't have to skin for a week, as cool as it is, but....I got to keep plugging away.
