From I can remember it seems like a place for networking in general such as finding new employees and selling yourself as a potential new employee. From the little that I have worked with it, I would say that it is not the platform for advertising yourself as an ADC agent. It could be good though if you wanted to start up an ADC culture/community on there, but I do not think that would work as well.
