Is it alright to leave them screwed onto the lure ingredient bottles or do you need to put the caps back on? If you put the caps on what do you do with the eye droppers? Throw them away, clean them, or do you have some system to keep them with that specific ingredient for future use?

Droppers don't provide a real good seal for long term shelf storage. I have some I leave on the bottles if I have learned that they are not corrosive and the material does not degrade or evaporate over time. For long term use I would recap the bottle with a good poly seal closure.
