I recently had a chicken Bar-B-Q and processed 50lbs of chicken. Part of the processing was trimming all the BIG globs of fat off the chicken before we started cooking. So my question is, what is the best use for a gallon bag of chicken fat? I'm considering putting it in a jar and sun rendering it, but I didn't know if there was a better use. I can't help but think it'd be a great additive for a bait or lure.

Thanks.

Chicken fat/oil is a very good lure or bait additive. If fried or scotched it is even better as a bait. It all has a use just have to find what best suits your needs.
