Diablos have weaker springs. When new i had to use a file to rough up the end of the dog to keep them set. Not my favorite

I like to use Ztraps. They have always worked good for me and they have a push-pull trigger so if a coon or possum does either it will set off instead of it being just one way.

Ztraps... I've even caught Red Fox in them.

I got mine at a deal 8.00 for 3 plus 6 for shipping. Then I got 2 more for 5.00 plus shipping. I have new Duke springs I thought about replacing them. I have alot of dukes. I just replaced the springs on all of them. Like new traps. I paid a 1.00 for new springs and 2 rivets.

I got my Diablos for $75.00 a dozen brand new plus shipping. They hold coon but aren't my go to trap. I just bought 2 dozen Traps USA from Mike in Missouri for $100.00 a dozen plus shipping. Traps are strong and appear to be top notch. Mike seems like a real good guy too.
