Sometimes A Great Notion was a decent 1970s logging family movie. You have to watch it to see the part where the guy gets pinned under a log in the water and he gives him mouth to mouth. If only that Mcculloch chainsaw would have started..... Great movie!

I saw that one bike flick of his but that was it. Didn't care much for it. He do anything else? Living under the greatness of his father and the shadow of his sister must have been really tough. He did have a few films but he directed some that were pretty good.

Don't think it was Henry either, think it was Paul Newman unless I am thinking of a different movie. They were both in it, Henry Fonda and Paul Newman, Newman directed it.
