Snowy, what seasons are in now?
Elk and Whitetail? Ambush, archery starts next weekend for big game state wide. Some big game tags started this weekend though. I hope to go on a sheep and goat hunt again, not as a shooter though.

Goat or sheep sounds exciting...
Will the whitetails still be in velvet when the season opens?
Thought I was a good trapper until I started trapping coyotes...... Thought I was a good bowhunter until I targeted mature bucks....

Must be a Minnesota buck? Thought I was gonna see a photo of one of those trespasser guys from Minnesota. You know........, Them fellers that jump the border and steal all of Montana's fish, game, and wimmin !!! Probably that there buck IS from Minnesota !!! w I'm sure they got a one finger salute in North Dakota on their way by.

Went to NE in September a while back to arrow a velvet buck but they were all rubbed out or at least the ones that I had come into..Had one come into the river flats that had velvet hanging off the antlers but not much...should have shot him, was the closest I'd seen that week with any velvet..
