You talking cinder blocks? If so I'd think that's asking for trouble

Two kind of blocks I'm familiar with. Haydite blocks made from that stuff they mine and process at Marquette in the Buildex quarry, ( I have hauled it all over the country) that makes a real light weight or cinder block. Blocks made of concrete are heavy. I wouldn't be a bit afraid to tie a coyote to a heavy concrete block.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

I tried it once....yote pulled it probably 20 yrds right off a 3 ft rock ledge. 20 deg and the impact of hitting a rock=cracked block and the search began. Luckily longer chain Tangled in sumac not far. A chainsaw and an hr a guy can cut allot of clogs...

I haven't tried it yet but I've always thought a steel T-post would make a good clog. cheaper to buy and no heavier to carry than a plow drag, Available at every farm auction or feed store.
