Not for years, but I've seen enough posts on here about it over the years to know it's good stuff.

Hands down it is the most consistent bait I’ve ever used. Trust me I used a pile of them! Don’t use a bunch at the set they will roll.
God Bless

Dustin

One of if not the best bait I use. Like it has already been said, if I trap, I have some in the truck. I only use a couple of baits and this one is top notch.

Absolutely spot on. Don't get it on the lip of the hole or they will roll on it. Get it down and they will dig and dig till they get to it or get caught. I have more dirt holes dug into with this bait then most of the others I have used. I always use a good backing cause I have had them dig into the hole from the back side several times.

From my testing, if your go to bait doesn't get a rolling response I'd be looking for another bait. Seems to me most of top shelf ingredients (the ones that get the most positive reactions) for coyotes will get a rolling response.

Ever put Carmen's canine call on the ground and see what happens? It is rated as one of the best lures of all time in bite tests, but they will roll on it all day when it's on the ground.

I love his horse meat bait. The coyotes, bobcats, and grey fox around here all live it I’m kind of like someone who replied above on this post. I bought some at a convention because Cletis seemed like a nice guy. I keep buying it because it works

In my area with nothing added to it horse meat will usually get more reaction in test sets than most other meat bases.

Man do the dogs love that horse meat and their hoofs too. I can never decide if they like the hoof or the meat better! grin

Lotta critters on my line have been pinched because of it. It's the best commercial bait I've used hands down.
