Im looking to try some different lures for coyotes, in particular a gland lure. My normal yote gland lure is Cavens Yodel Dog and it works fine and produces, im just looking for a another change up to try this season. I know there are a ton of options just wondering if there is one that seems to stand out more than others. Any suggestions welcome..

I've seen good results on Jamison's red devil fox gland if you want a change up.

I like John Graham's. I can tell there isn't much filler, or junk. Looks like glands, and smells like glands.

Graham's Deception is some good stuff, Gman or Defender from Derrick is good stuff too. Shawn Phillips with Down South Trappers is really lighting up the coyotes with those new Dixie Pearls that he came up with. Any bait, lure, urine, fruit, fresh dirt in a polymer ball that is weather proof. I would definitely look into them, they've been catching coyotes in 100 degree weather all summer with that stuff.

Anything specific?

Tomm morning im running out to John Epler's Fur because he's having a customer appreciation/inventory reduction sale...hes having 5$ lure sales and 15-20 percent off all dozens of bridger traps (advertised on his website)...I don't really need anything but I fully expect to buy stuff and he carries a couple of my go to lures from Cavens and Junes so I may just buy them all if he has any left...i may also come home with a couple dozen Bridger #3 dogless if he has any(don't need them but ive been looking to add some to my arsenal and it would be a good deal)...either way, if you have something specific in mind i will check tomm, if not i will just order online...

I am using Weisers coyote gland lure this year for the first time. I think it is called #14. In the past i have used hawbakers and had decent success with it. Trying something new this year.

I don't know why. but out of the thousand coyotes I've caught, exactly ZERO have been on gland lure.

His Tainted Love is awesome,Canine 14 don't know if there gland in it or not horse meat is in it,#14 is an excellent lure,i don't think you'll be disappointed in any of Andys lure, urine bait it flat out works, get on location, bed your traps well and get your skinning knife ready.

I actually got his Coyote gland lure and #14 on my order i just checked it along with his meat bait and beaver gland lure. I have heard a good bit about Andy and used to follow a thread on here years ago with him in it called my fox line is buried in snow or something. He helped me snare a fox years ago for the first time after i was getting basically made fun of by the animal and i never forgot that. He is a standup guy and I thought to give his stuff a try beings how i am trapping in Wyoming similar environment to him and completely different than when i was in ohio. New area new baits/lures is what i am going for.
