I recently ordered a couple hundred trap tags from Larry Finch to make sure I had plenty to go on all my new traps and to replace any I lose to catches.
I got my package in less than a week with free shipping, a cost savings he offers to customers in the lower 48.
When I opened my package Saturday night to my dismay I had the wrong trap tags.
On Monday I called Mr. Finch. He answered the phone and I explained the mix up and he apologized repeatedly.
He took my information and told me he would contact me with the address of the person these tags were supposed to go and asked me If I would mind shipping them and he would reimburse me.
I explained to him that I was more than happy to pay for the shipping and not to worry about reimbursement.
I got a text message shortly from him with the customers name and address, he said that gentleman was going to mail my tags to me.

I got my tags Wednesday in the mail. Im happy, happy, happy!

By the way, his trap tags have rounded corners on the ends and are a LOT more finger friendly.

Today in my mailbox to my surprise is a package from Mr. Finch.
Inside is another order of trap tags AND reimbursement for mailing the tags to the other customer.
Mr. Finch, thank you sir for going the extra step to make things right with your customers. I didn't want to be paid for mailing the tags because you had not charged me shipping on my order to begin with. And I certainly didn't expect more tags.

This is a perfect example of the quality of people in the trapping supply business. Larry Finch, Paul Dobbins, Minnesota Trapline Products, F&T, Kaatz Bros., Kansas Trapline Products, Southern Snares, Snare One, BlueRidge Trapping, Wayne Derrick, John Graham, Clint Locklear, O’Gorman’s.
There are many more I have done business with over the years that have done me right but these ALWAYS go the extra step for customer satisfaction.

I have had the same experience with over the top customer service with him and his wife the list you posted and many more. My hat is off to all the folks in the industry that makes it in my opinion one of the greatest groups of folks out there.

Very nice, only place I get my tags from!

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I have really enjoyed the rounded corners on the tags. It seems like every year I would end up getting cut by one somehow.
