Sola Fide! Sola Gratia! Sola Christus! Sola Scriptura! Sola Deo Gloria!
What from Christ that soul can sever, Bound by everlasting bands? None shall take thee From the Strength of Israel's hands.

I never heard of Reformation Day before. It's weird that today is 2 different holidays honoring 2 different, many great grandfathers of mine. I am descended from both Martin Luther who Reformation Day celebrates and Tigernmas, who started Samhain, which became Halloween, when after reigning as High King of Ireland for seventy-seven years, he and three-quarters of the men of Ireland sacrificed themselves on Magh Slécht while worshipping Crom Cruach on November 1st eve in 1159BC.
Happy Reformation Day and Happy Halloween to all from a 12th great grandson of the founder of the Reformation and many, many great and many time grandson of the founder of Halloween.

My 10th Great Grandfather, Rev. John Knox, was the leader in Reformation in Scotland, and somewhat in portions of Europe and England. He considered to be the founder of the Presbyterian Church in Scotland.
