If illegal aliens knew they would without a doubt suffer severe consequences for invading our country, almost no illegal aliens would attempt it. We would have many billions of dollars more to spend on American problems.
Keith Couldn't agree with you more. Will we ever learn to stop taking care of immigrants when we have so many of our own American-born people living in poverty, substandard conditions? We can give free stuff to illegal immigrants, but refuse to take care of our own people.

I agree. "No Borders" proponents like to say this is a country of immigrants. Indeed, it is. But how many folks who immigrated to the U.S. before about the year 1900 expected or received taxpayer funded assistance? Not only that, but they were anxious to become Americans. They had no intentions of changing America into what they just came from. They weren't looking for handouts because they came to America with the attitude that if you were willing to work, you could make a decent living. That's why they considered America the land of opportunity.

Probably need to bring our troops home and invade mexico. I suspect those multi billionaire drug dealers have to much influence in u.s. politics and L.E. though

Probably need to bring our troops home and invade mexico. I suspect those multi billionaire drug dealers have to much influence in u.s. politics and L.E. though I have frequently wondered why we are not using our US troops to secure the boarder. the only answer I can come up with is that because it is not in the interest of the politicians to do so. we have bases in TX NM AZ and CA , we have troops whom we have to pay any way, we have equipment and government owned land on the boarder Sounds like good dessert training to me. why are we not securing our boarders again?
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

easiest and cheapest way to significantly curtail illegal immigration is curtail the reason and means to live here. employment education welfare

In his fictional book , "Clear and Present Danger" Tom Clancy , writes about a U.S. special forces team working with the CIA blowing up labs and assassinating drug lords.
If we are really going to have a war on drugs rather than legalizing drug addiction, I think it needs to happen. Not special forces so much as just combat troops. Coerce the president of Mexico into publicly asking for them.
A little round up on cocaine poppy and marijuana fields everyplace our satelites show them to be. If we are going to have a war on drugs then lets have one. Or legalize them. One or the other. This farce we are engaged in today is draining our tax dollars and accomplishing nothing

I am reminded of all this every time I go home. Mexican neighbor out polishing his corvette, parked next to his suburban, mustang and 4-door 3/4 ton chevy pickup. Oh, and the pontoon, jet ski, ski boat 4-wheeler and hot tub. Life's good for them here, keep working so they can have what you can't.
I wonder how loose goose's open house is going??? LOL It's going well!!! You're welcome to come on over! Seriously though, learn to read for comprehension. I made it very clear that strong borders and a wall and sending all illegals back over the border are things I'm in favor of.

We can't just shoot everyone who breaches our borders. The cartels just shot up and killed 2 carloads of Americans going to Mexico for a wedding.
