Well I may be bias but I’d say the RTS Setter is the way to go. You can use it with one hand which is handy if your other hand is stuck in the trap, LoL. It can also double as a safety when put on trap jaws.

I am a fan of the RTS Setter myself. It might not be as fast as some of the other styles but every time I turn the handle loose, it holds the trap in position until I pump the handle again or press the release.
