1 obstacle to overcome seems to be trying to avoid getting a head cold. No fun to be sniffling, congested, with a runny nose.

Good advice. 1 of the hardest things is to avoid getting sweated up. Wear clothes that breathe and dress in layers. I've gotten real fond of layering a few light wool sweaters and removing them as necessary to stay just warm enough to not sweat.

Good idea. Thanks. If you have a link to a good light wool sweater, please share
