The older I get,the more soup I want.
My wife cooked our 15 lb 12 oz. turkey last night. We will have a couple good turkey dinners--then she makes turkey-wild rice soup. And believe me--no soup on earth ,is better than that.Second time around on that soup,is even better than the first.

Love lentils with good sausage. Lentils have 25% protein too. Good for someone living in the north. My wife makes soup 3 times a week in the winter.

Turkey and wild rice soup is a thing of beauty too.

Eat well and enjoy.

Pete
