If it were a perfect world with no coyote mb450 but since there are coyote id say mb550

MB450 all the way for me. Its my preferred fox and coyote trap. Touch little traps.


If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.

I like the MB450, I use offset because as of now that is a requirement. I plan to try the closed jaw traps. I like them with a super stake with a retrieval cable.
I am thinking of going to chain stakes and making the set up, trap, swivel, 2 chain links, swivel, 2 chain links then a swivel attached to 18 inches or so of chain and a super stake end.

I would like to add I tried some Bridger 1.65’s for a few days last week and they worked pretty well.

Bridger 1 3/4. I might go to MB 450's if price wasn't a consideration, but really, the Bridger does a great job.


Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

For fox I use the MB450 fox. I fasten them with heavy Berkshire 12" cable stakes. Works well for me here.


Wish I had more time to trap....
