I got these Gamma seal screw top bucket lids today and put them to use. I am very impressed so far, I ranch so i always have a surplus of buckets sitting around. This is why there my go to for bedding dirt, keeping traps scent free, trapping gear. If you are looking for something weather proof, and to get in and out of with ease, I would recommend these as a cheap and durable method of storage. Beats the heck out of a regular bucket lid 100%..... https://www.uline.com/Product/Detai...G9aev5gIVC9vACh1yeQeNEAQYASABEgJt0PD_BwE

Just make sure you dont loose that o-ring.They tend to fall out. I have not checked the gasket on the screw too part yet i guess, thanks for the heads up on that. Maybe a little RTV on it will solve that issue.

Lexington Container Co., Lexington, KY., has these. They're $6.99 on line, $5.99 in the store. They're located on 140 Dewy Drive Nicholasville, KY. Good folks and a great product. Used mine hard for 10 years before first gasket failed. Buckets don't go on the ATV without one.

We have used them for years. My wife has a small baking business so we buy flour and sugar in 50lb bags. Buckets are a much better way to store them. I also have several for emergency stock, salt etc. They are a good place to store seeds as well.

They also fit on 3.5gal buckets. That’s what I use for my lure bucket. They are also made for 2 gal buckets but only in white I think.
