I'm in for a dozen. No more base plating, night latching, and adding chain /swivels etc. to Duke #3. At least maybe a lot more HEY

As long as inside jaw spread and post to post is under 6 1/2" it's legal with an 1/8" offset. Guy on you tube said it was 6 1/8" . Have to wait and see. If not, more 550's then.

Just called Duke and they said 6 7/8 outside. No good for PA. Did they happen to give post to post and inside jaw measurements ?

not sure but i think mtp says the 550 is 6 1/4 post to post. those 650's look alot wider than that.

6 1/8 inside and 6 7/8 outside. I did not ask about post to post because they were already illegal for Pa. Yes, over 6-1/2 outside not legal in Pa.

I told Bill people will be screaming for a Duke 600 version with a jawspread that makes it legal in states like PA and NY.
I’ve handled one of these and let me say they are very user friendly. Big surprise lol
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Matt, in regards to the 4-coil question in Oklahoma. I always assumed that our "double spring" wording would exclude 4-coil traps but I have been told that it doesn't since the coil spring traps still only has two levers. Saying that, I don't see the need for 4-coil traps when new but I'm not opposed to adding helper strings when the original two become weak. One interesting thing I noticed was when Outdoor Oklahoma did a show on trapping a few years back a well know Oklahoma trapper was using 4-coiled traps on the show.
I've always like the MB550 and didn't care for the MB650. I always wished MB would come out with a 600 that was of the 550 design. I have enough MB550 that I haven't tried the Duke 550 but can see the Duke 650 filling a need. Maybe a MB 5.99999 or 601. I'd want the mb5.9999 because if it's 6.01 inside we can't use them here in arkansas
