9wire trapper 9 Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 359 South Mississippi	Robert asked me to make this post... All of his coyotes have been caught in footholds. NO snares whatsoever!! He had 6 coyotes stolen out of his traps so he felt it was ok to count the 4 coyotes he shot and the 1 roadkill he picked up. Other than the 23 coyotes he caught in North Dakota, the remainder were all harvested on a 24 HOUR CHECK!! Not the same as snaring in Canada! Also, he is only counting the coyotes caught during the fur season. The count does NOT include the coyotes caught during the rest of the year while doing control work in Mississippi, New Mexico, etc...
