I posted a question about urine the other day. I was convinced it was bad so decided to test it. It had an ammonia smell but just didn’t seem right. I’ve got 4 cur mutts that meet me every day to sniff the rig. I stopped a little before I got home and gave a tire a squirt. Get to the house and here they come to inspect the rig. One took a good sniff and coughed loudly and walked away the other 3 got close enough to get a whiff and kinda shook their head and walked off. I think I got my answer.

The wife wouldn’t tolerate me trading the mutts. Think I’ll be a lot more selective who I buy urine from.

Even good urine, canines won remark on. Multi-animal urines are pretty spotty with it. Best reactions come off of single animal urines, good luck finding it unless you collect your own.

A canine won’t react to other canine urine?

I think what sniper was saying was that even when you have good, high quality urine, sometimes canines won't react/mark it. Especially with urine that is collected from multiple individuals and then bottled all together.

Theees been several studies by the USDA that show that urine doesn't do what many people think it does. I think most of these studies are available online.
