Hello all.

Was listening to Alaska Mining and Diving's Friday radio show. They announced a late itroduction 2020 model Summit 850 Rotax e-tech turbo, supposedly 40 % more hp than the 165.

I was at work so didn't catch it all, but from what I remember it was 460 lbs. dry, a minimum of 165 hp to 8000 ft., and base price for the short track starting around $18,000. It's the first twin cylinder turbo with a warranty.

Very interesting.

Yeah, there's a few YouTube videos out on it, 2021 model but available now. Two stroke turbo with factory warranty, 4psi boost, 165hp to 8000ft then 40 more hp available over 8000ft.

Not a big fan of turbos. Just one more thing to lay down on ya and put you afoot. Also not a big fan of buying the first year of any new design. JMO
