Wanna Be OP trapper W Joined: May 2018 Posts: 10,930 SW Georgia	Perfectly legal in my situation. 24 hour check here in GA. I just use this to save time in the AM. Every evening all my sets get a drive by to make sure nothing came in after I check before daylight. Pick up an occasional cat or coon heading back home right at daylight.

Keeps everyone happy if they’re riding through and critters aren’t dancing on chains. Besides, I’ve picked up a few critters on the evening checks. That would be one less trap available for that night if I didn’t check.

But it's such that most of my sets right now must be checked on foot even though I normally prefer to be able to check from a vehicle.
