Cragar, I am baffled as to why someone doesn't start making something like that mule. Keep it simple, no frills and at a reasonable price. I know I would but one!

Steve, no. grin

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

It has 4 wheel steering too. For those tight trails.

Guess it's time for one of my adventure stories! Was trapping beaver off a Cushman motor scooter back in the early sixties. Caught a couple thirty five-fourty pounders across town on a creek. I got the beaver thrown on the gas tank and once moving, kinda settled on my legs and the tank. Was coming down a hill with a curve on a four lane street, when the beavers decided to exit, one left and one right. I was in the hammer lane with cars left and right. The amazing thing was it didn't cause an accident, and no beaver were run over, but both slid to the gutter on opposite sides of the street. I gathered up my catch and made it home, but things got hairy there for a bit! I was 16 when that happened, and doubt I'll ever forget it!

Ha, the rest of the story... I had to go around the block to get back to the scene! I was amazed that the beavs were still there. It was late in the afternoon, and that street was busy as the dickens. Came closer to getting run over crossing the street to get the other beav! Thought that story kinda fit well on this thread. Thanks!

Lee, are you sure that was a Cushman? I always figured you to be a Moped type a guy.

Have a ct200uex or something like that. Buddy, your gonna stink to high heaven. They spill more gas than they burn, I fixed mine though. Fun to ride, especially with a torque converter. 24mph stock 42 with the torque converter. I fixed the gas splash issue but you still smell horrible from the exhaust. I'm saving in the the nephew, bought a tw 200. Might try trapping off it this fall.

Don't do anything you don't want to explain to the paramedics. I do appreciate a good story tho.

The one you have is it a Coleman, those are similar to the one I'm thinking about. Some of them get pricey, close to a used four wheeler price.

Sad to admit it, paid 600 for bike, 200 for the converter. Oh well, fun to ride. But the tw is so much better.

I had a Rokon Ranger in the 80s It will climb like crazy and if you can hang on it will go there. I would not want one now they beat you up pretty bad. Big draw backs hard to get parts for, a bit of a maintenance issue and they are air cooled so can over heat. Speed is slow but again will go through sage brush on a cow trail. Limited to what you can carry, I would put out traps with the truck then check wit the Rokon. You do have to load and unload but I guess over all I would rather have a ATV as far as maintenance and parts. They are just a bit of an off breed but they have a place. I sold both mine to a guy that worked a mine in Mexico said they loved them up there.

I don't think 600 is bad at all. Firstly, you have the fun factor, that's worth more than 600 bucks. Then, for a guy like me I will be able to cover a lot more ground which means I can set more traps. Also, they have those carriers for your hitch, so I wouldn't have to get a trailer. Those tw's look good!
