I have been using the heavy duty Berkshire earth anchors for a few years and I'm tired of getting them half way into hard ground and the driver straighteng out the pocket. Looking at switching. Wolf fangs are cheaper but super stakes look sturdier. What are the pros and cons of each?
Still looking for a really great tagline...

Only have ever used Super Stakes...they hold everything we have down here, but we don’t deal with freezing temps. But, I do deal with clay that gets hard as a rock come Summer. Beat a pilot hole in with the driver and good to go. I use a drill with auger bit to pull traps when I move. Working on the same stakes for 2.5 years now. I will say this, buy the heat treated driver...I recently broke the tip on the cheaper one. I just got on a grinder and made it work.

I got a whole 5 gallon bucket of h.d. Berkshire anchors about 5 years cheap, used the last of them this year. They have worked ok, but i will be shopping around for something more stout . Driving a pilot hole helps alot with the Berkshire anchors.
Let me sugar coat this

Wolf fangs are as bad or worse that Berks. They bend on the way in, bend on the way out. I used them one year and switched to super stakes. Just my experience.

Driving a pilot hole in frozen ground will allow you to drive them in but I usually have to wait till spring to retrieve them. Very pleased with Super Stakes and feel it's well worth the money.

My partner uses super stakes on chain.
I don’t like leaving disposable stakes in the ground either. Some come out in the spring. Since I use cable, some are just cut off and left. Been using a variation on the Ztrap swift connection so I can remove the trap easily if I can’t get the cable stake out.
Never too old to learn

I really like the wolf fangs on 1/8" cable. The one thing I noticed was that twice out of around 70 anchors pounded I sheared the stake end off on a rock and if I didn't give it a tug to set it I never would have known.
