Happy you got it figured out. I don’t know a lot about part. I have a 12 gauge my dad got me at a pawn shop when I was 16 and it’s still going strong/accurate 16+years later. And the barrel is not original. Lol. Hope you get it figured out.

How do the bolt handles fall out?

It appears to made of some kind of cheap cast metal. I'm sure I could of made a replacement easy enough with a piece of 1/4" rod, but I have another on the way so I'll get by til then. Its not like its the only one I have. lol

I've had this happen in an old Remington 870 Wingmaster with the Varichoke. Mine just comes out though doesn't break. First time I have seen this happen on another firearm

I contacted CZ and told them the Bolt Handle broke, (and when I took it apart to get the other half out, I found the piece that holds the magazine spring in the tube was missing the tabs that hold it in place.) they sent me both pieces free no questions asked. Great customer service!

No I don't think you did. A Rem 870 of any breed doesn't have a bolt handle. It is a pump gun, no pump gun has a bolt handle. Semi auto's do.
Glad you got your parts ADC.
