I wouldn't watch a NFL game if they paid me. To me watching is supporting them and their anti gun, America ways. When they take your guns, the ones supporting the NFL will be the ones that are shocked. You can't support their ideas and wonder why they went through.

Watching a football game is not the reason we will lose our guns, not voting or voting for a Dem. will do it.

I can just about guarantee every military guy/gal actively serving will be watching if they can. We even watched it on a delay and had replay for those out and couldn’t watch it during the first showing.
I quit watching when they were showing folks kneeling. But I did watch a game last week and saw no one kneeling and a retired Naval Petty Officer nail the National Anthem. I will watch the Super Bowl for the first time in about 5 years. I have no clue about either team and didn’t realize until today that the State Farm guy was playing in it.
While I’d just as soon as beat someone within an inch of death for kneeling during my Anthem and disrespecting my Flag, I served so they would have that Right.
So go State Farm guy!!!

They all hunt and have owned guns all their lives. They'll get a chuckle out of the super-Americans here when they learn that some think they shouldn't be watching the super bowl for the reasons given here-But then again, they are independent enough thinkers to not let a couple commercials, political ads, or the leanings of the NFL keep them from watching the game they love or voting the way they want.

Even better, there will be a couple brothers there with one who's a trump lover and the other hates the man as much as anyone I know. These two guys work together a couple times a week, hunt and fish together and even sit down to tip a few beers together fairly often-they actually respect each others right to have polar opposite views on the guy.
It will be a great Super Bowl for us even if the game turns out not to be. Rootin' for the Chiefs but it really doesn't matter much to me.

I think you made all of that up just to prove some controversial point. I don't believe any of it.

I don't give a crap who watches what. I won't be watching. I have zero interest in professional sports other than MMA and I don't even watch that much anymore.

I've never understood why so many folks get so worked up over "their" team and why people good at sports are treated as national heroes.

The whole Kobe Bryant thing is a good example. Eight other people died in that copter crash. But because they weren't really good at bouncing a ball up and down a wooden court and throwing it through a hoop they got next to no recognition. But the guy who could do that made national news for days.

There are folks who still fly the number 3 flag and mourn Dale Earnhardt nearly twenty years later.

I get acknowledging athletic talent but idolizing these guys and girls, I'll never get that.

Eh...wot?

I bet this is how it went down, Bloomberg said he would buy the Pro-gun add time if they would not run there adds in return he would give them back the time to sell to someone else. When you have 52 billion dollars this is just pocket change. We all know when money talk and **** walks.

Make sure you Vote

No guilt here. I did twenty plus years active duty, and did more than my share of deployments.

Well, it's easy enough to prove. Post a picture of your party with you, the vets and a Sunday newspaper. Option #2 would be to just admit you are full of crap.

Gonna start asking people to post their papers so they can have an opinion? DD-214’s or you aren’t allowed to think differently than me....

Relax a little, it’s ok if people have a different opinion than you. It’s kind of the American way. As long as their opinion doesn’t infringe on mine or your rights, or my opinion doesn’t infringe on theirs... live on brothers.
