K, thanks! I was getting worried as I haven’t need to wait more then a day before. Had 20 below and 40 below weather the past week. Had wolves around it but they never eat it, was happy. Need to bring up some sleepy creek 4.5s or mb 750s. Anyone ever tried the ts 85s for wolves before? Looking at getting half a dozen or so wolf traps for next year. Got about 7 wolf traps and a bunch of snares. Will need to wait until tomorrow to skin the wolverine. Blizzard out today so wasn’t able to head out today Ts 85 modified aren't a bad wolf trap at all. .I have a few set currently. I'd say they are better than an mb 750. A great wolfer in Montana uses them exclusively, as well as some of the Idaho trappers. I do like the dogless design and big flat pan. The Bridger 5 AK specials are a decent wolf trap for the money. I held a small.male in one with a high foot catch. I like the latch and big pan area. Hope you catch with them.

Every time I'm setting a 5 for wolves I wish it was a 9. A 5 is poor for wolverine in my experience.
Also it takes 3 days to thaw a wolverine for me but its fairly cool in there.

Wrap the torso with an ace bandage, this will compress the fur and make it thaw quicker.

Wrap the torso with an ace bandage, this will compress the fur and make it thaw quicker. That's what I do too with most larger frozen critters.
