rbsheadache OP trapper R Joined: Jul 2019 Posts: 122 SW MN	Been using roadkill deer for bait piles for my snares but they are hard to come by sometimes when I need them. Does anyone use dead hogs from confinement barns? There is tons of them around here. Ryan

HFT AK trapper Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 2,064 Wasilla AK	I'd would give it a shot. I will say this, growing up in PA I tried using dead hogs as bait, as well as goats. The pigs were a no go but the goats got ate up. Up here in AK it is just the opposite, a goat will stay there all season long, a pig will be gone in a day or two.
