I will be temping to make a predator bait solution this year.
My question it I don't want it too diluted down.
So if I use glycol and water together to make a gallon
Should I do 50/50 of each or less glycol.
Or use glycerin and diluted it.
For my gallon volume then add my ingredients.
Want it to be strong enough so when I add to my bait
Itvwill still be strong enough still so meat doesn't take
Away from strength.

Any suggestions I appreciate it...

My understanding is glycol can have bad effects in some formulations. Personally I dont use glycerin or any other antifreeze in My baits and lures. Some additives have low freezing points and even with temperatures getting down into the low 20 or teens regularly here I dont have a problem with baits or lures freezing. Just my experience.

Most bait solutions start out with a pretty good amount of fish oil but there's also skunk oil, BTO, brains & bacon grease to name a few. And some of them provide a pretty good attraction by themselves. Personally I like everything I add to a formulation to add to the attraction if I can.
