Need new work boots, what do you recommend? What are you wearing? Prefer pull on No steel or composite toe! 10-13 hr/day boots $200 boot allowance, will chip in some I work inside on concrete and outside, mud, gravel, grass equally.

I and my wife both wear RedWing
but we are also both lace up steel toe
most stores and shoe companies seem to realize 200 is the work boot allowance at most companies and we keep finding boots that are within a few dollars of the allowance , she gets one I have to pay for my own boots.

I wear thorogoods and they’re made by Weyenberg, who have been around for a long time, nice soft oil tanned leather with a nice white wedge sole, I treat them Obanauf leather conditioner!

if you sweat through boots , boot driers help but having a second pair helps a lot also and alternate let them really have time to dry out
new insoles every 6 months also
