Thanks for the recipe! Loaded up a bottle yesterday & had a tbls this morning before I broke fast & it was snappy! I don't see any of those ingredients going to waste after I strain it off either.
Good stuff, Bob ! After it infuses for a couple weeks or more, it really does mellow out and isn't as hot as what it would seem to be. Yes it still is "snappy "

but not impossible to take , especially in those small amounts, and with the options of mixing in something else , or with a chaser drink.
If it was so impossible , no one would be able to benefit from it's multitude of nutrients , immune building and pathogen killing properties.
Nightlife, it sure could be the same thing , just make sure it steeps in the ACV for two weeks -or more. Sources vary on that -some say six weeks, others less. I'd say, at least two.
TW, Ha ! Well I hope you never need to worry about anything like that !
UpstateNY, you bet those strained herbs would make great dressing. They can be used in small amounts combined with your favorite liquid ingredients for a wonderful dressing- marinade, or meat and veggie seasoning.
Well I got more ACV and filled my jars full. With a quick stir to mix every day, they will infuse for the next couple weeks or so. You can see how the herbs tend to float for now, showing the empty space below of ACV . Stirring keeps them all saturated .
The good thing of making a lot, is that it is used over time, remains good on the shelf , and if a friend becomes sick, you have extra to spare to help them.
Have a look at this beauty of a spoon I found - made of olive wood ! Just gorgeous. Every spoon and spatula in the store was patterned that way.
I suppose stainless utensils wouldn't hurt the mix, or plastic, I just love wood for these things.
