So you know when you order a certain dollar amount with MTP they offer a free gift. Well, I always opt for the little Bridger 1.5’s when available.
I finally made a set with one. I put this chain in the dirt a couple of years ago and was thinking afterwards I’ll never get this back out, so I left it and always attach a trap to it every year since. Decided since it was my #1 possum location for some reason, I’d go with a smaller trap for an easier release if need be.
Well I was seriously surprised when I rounded the corner this morning and saw this guy lying there!! I never saw him move once he became visible in the lights or even while snapping a few pics. Guess these little traps will hold a coyote. No, it’s not my first choice, but glad to see they hold up. [Linked Image]

Excellent, they are a good lil trap. I won 6 in a raffle 2 years ago . Sure good for fox if needing feet on.

Ya I always get the 1.5s too with the free gift. That's pretty cool.

I started getting the 1 1/2's also. They seem like a nice little trap. Congrats on the coyote.

WTG! 1.5's hold many yotes with a good pad catch.

I have selected those traps as my free item in the past as well. They are a good looking trap, but I have had coon pull out of them. Not sure why, maybe the rounded jaw edges?
