And has his liberal arse handed to him. Dem Bob Casey Makes Coronavirus Political Case for Gun ControlDemocrat Bob Casey Makes Coronavirus Political Case for Gun Control, Netizens Had None of ItA Pennsylvania Democrat Sen. Bob Casey tried to make a political case for coronavirus and gun control on Twitter. However, his attempt to politicize the coronavirus outbreak earned him ridicule from netizens who schooled him about coronavirus and gun control. "Right now in America, it is easier to get an AR-15 than a test kit for COVID-19," Sen. Casey posted on his Twitter account. "For crying out loud, you win the gold for using a pandemic that originated in a communist country as an argument to restrict citizens' rights," Dana Loesch replied to him on twitter. "Good," Jesse Kelly replied. "Cause I'm more scared of your tyrannical impulses than I am coronavirus." Joey Saladino had similar remarks for the wayward senator, "Good, because Democrat tyranny stops for nothing." Walter Olson pointed out the Democrats obsession using politicizing tragedies for political gains, "Formula: connect a genuinely urgent issue to an issue you want to keep talking about even though its level of urgency just plunged." Some like Sen. Ben Shapiro reminded him that it was time to deregulate both AR-15s and coronavirus test-kits. Others outright made fun of him. "Right now in America, it is easier to get an AR-15 than toilet paper," replied a user named Colonel Angus. This is not the first time Democrats have tried to link two unrelated issues. The former president Barrack Obama made similar remarks about school children's ability to access AR-15 than books, which, according to factcheck.org, was false. "We flood communities with so many guns that it is easier for a teenager to buy a Glock than get his hands on a computer or even a book," Obama said. According to Democrats, the inability of citizens to receive certain services is a good excuse to demand the limitation of people's freedoms in another area even though the two issues are not related.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. nobody seems to mind that the first is tossed out the window so why would they not toss the second also?
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

I have come to the conclusion sportsmen are not going to do much about gun control but complain. After I post about bill HR 5717 and did not get one response. This is a Federal bill that is far more reaching an almost all the bill put together. I am sure it will not past a presented but still will really put gun control as a Federal Law. The State will only be able to make it more difficult. Ralph Northam is an amateur next to HR 5717. Michael Bloomer will buy this bill through the process. JMO

You would think Casey would be focused on the virus and what he can do to help the people of his state, not gun control at this time.
Our governor in MN has some pretty crazy things he wants passed since becoming governor. But, he has pushed them aside. His full focus is the people of MN and battling the virus.
The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

It could pass someday but not as things currently are configured White 17, I think it is closer than you think, Bloomberg has and will put a lot of money behind this bill. He will continue to do so. Casey is a total disgrace to Pennsylvania, has done nothing to help anyone but himself.
My heart belongs to my family. My body belongs to my work. My soul belongs to the woods.

JMO I thought HR 5717 was a House Resolution. Hence the HR. When it's an actual bill wont it be HB 5717? It is one of the most despicable thing I have read and anyone trying to pass something like that should be tried as a traitor. I don't think it has a chance in heck of passing. If it would it may be a good thing to wake people up and get the party started.
