Hacksaw , bolt cutters. angle grinder with cuttoff wheel, hammer and cold chisel.

42 inch Harbor Freight bolt cutters for $26 (using a 20 percent off coupon), if you live by one of their stores... One good product from there that I have cut lots of heavy duty chain with.

I have two sets of bolt cutters - the small one does 90% of what I need but it is nice to have the big one for large chain. If I had a lot to do - Angle Grinder with cut off wheel.
