What's your favorite? I will be installing DuraSpikes to metal housings for wall mount AC units in an apartment building. All the other problem areas are wood, but obviously I need an adhesive for the AC units. Should I use the Bird Barrier stuff, just silicone, elastomeric sealant, etc. Appreciate your opinions.

Double sided tape maybe would work.

The Bird Barrier Bond works great. I have used urethane caulking and silicone based caulk as well. The silicone caulking does not last as well.
