Reminds me a LOT of an old Homelite 400XL that I had back in the early 1970's The chain looks fairly new on that Thats what I was thinking.Looks just like a Homelite dad had.

Yeah, it looks like it could chew pretty good but it’s heavy. Is the button there by the handle for manual oiling of the chain?
I never heard of a Power Lite. Also was curious about the Remington bar?

I would think the button would be for manual chain oiling. I had an old one that you had to manually push a button located in that same area. I don't recall the name, I got it at a garage sale many years ago. It was my first ever chain saw.
Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.

Definitely looks like a homey. Clean the plug, fresh mix, flip the switch to run, pull the choke and pull it over.

Yes the humb button is the manual oiler. I have an xl923 that is auto but still has the manual button for extra goo.

It's a remington I believe, my buddy had one. Louder than a cannon!
My friends was a light blue if I remember right. I have the same Remington saw, blue and looks just like the top pictures.
