Anybody have experience with these for coon or any other animals. Just interested in what the results of using it were compared to regular lures and baits.

I played around with it on beaver. Used with castor lure. It didn't scare

Them away. But couldn't tell you if it enhanced set either. Me personally I would never use it on a coyote set. Coon and beaver only imo.

If they are anything like a fishing lure you have to use a flashlight to energize them to make them glow. And that doesn't last to long before you have to do It again.

It is a paste. Sticks to anything. And is rain proof and last for up to a month. Idk if it is really that effective or not from my go around with it. I did catch alot of beavers where I used it. But there was alot of them there anyway. And the castor lure I use now was producing like that in other places without the glow lure. I wonder how many ppl use it and if has produced really well for them.

Does It stay lite for a month or do you still have to energize each day?

I use Dunlap's Lightning in a bottle for fox and coyotes. I don't know if it makes a huge difference in my catch rate but it does work well. I use it for dirt holes mainly. Seems to keep its glow for weeks without issue and without having to recharge.

Unfair Advantage from PCG increased my DP catches. I walked in to check in the AM dark and they still were glowing 11 hrs later. Grinners love the stuff also...

Thanks for the replies. I was sent a free bottle of glow-in-the-dark coon lure and thought I might see what other people had experienced using it. I was thinking it might be attractive to coon.
