Fun experience with the mink. I had a big male walk right up to me and start eating salmon eggs at me feet a few summers ago.

They can be very bold especially if they are hungry, over the years I have had several encounters with them the one that really stands out was back when I was a kid with my ma and best friend fishing we had a female with kits come up and start on the stringer of fish we had

Mink and Weasels seem to be the most bold.
