Its about time. My guess is the governor figured out that he has no authority to pass a law by issuing a decree.
I am starting to think this whole scam is an attempt to make people think the bill of rights is a suggestion

Just spent a week and a half in WI just normal stuff some measures were in place like tape on the floors no self serve options at Quick Trip the people were great few had masks on even many workers did not wear them. Less people on the move but still a lot of folks getting it done.

I've never been one to advocate suing people as it's a messed up world to begin with but in this case I'd also sue the "governor and henchmen."

Do you really think if this went to trial there are any juries who would actually convict people like this; I know I wouldn't. I don't think a jury would convict, but what an inconvenience and embarassment to be arrested and publicized like that. If I were in the groomer's shoes, it wouldn't be okay with me to be arrested for working, but then later found innocent. I would be livid.

Amazing how the government can pick winners and losers in this..... Yes its amazing. Here in Michigan you are not supposed to go out anymore than necessary. But its okay to but POT! Or Lotto tickets! All tax money to the state. We can buy Grass, but not cut it!

My guess is once the stay at home orders are over all charges will be dropped. In my opinion the State Government did a terrible job protecting folks in long term care facilities. Yep, and you still don't hear them worrying about testing the homes. This is nothing but a power grab.

What has amazed me about the posts on here in, "The government is not going to tell me what to do!", is your government orders you to do all kinds of non Constitutional things and you follow that like sheep. Have them tell people to not do things to make them sick, others sick and destroy America from Corona, and suddenly it is 1776, when the following is complied with.
Income taxes Seat belt laws Speed laws Tobacco restrictions Alcohol restrictions Narcotic restrictions Pharmaceutical restrictions
Congressman Jim Traficante of Ohio used to challenge people by stating, "So you think you own your house? Then tell me why you pay thousands of dollars a year to the government to live there, face jail time or property confiscation, in property taxes give you the privilege in your own home?"
Wisconsin has almost 3500 active cases, which include numbers of the new contagious strains affecting blacks and hispanics. 9 people died yesterday, and there were 170 new cases. I have yet to see anyone who says this is all a sham to go volunteer themselves at nursing homes or scrubbing down hospitals, so the staff can care for the infected.
Wisconsin +170 +9 3,487
To rally around a person who cuts dog hair, who is not bright enough to not make the authorities aware of their thumbing their noses at the law, is about as bright as those people who post on here, thumbing their noses at the restrictions, never figuring out that the FBI employs operatives to troll every site online and shadow every organization, and all of this gets put on lists, with your ISP, which goes into a central data base which can be accessed, which happens to be another thing that people comply with, without one word about it.

Star flakes, I hope you stocked up on tinfoil hats. How many government lists do you think you'll be on once the FBI troll assigned to read every post on Trapperman reads you last post? I'm gonna quote it below in case you get nervous and try to delete it. No doubt it's been building star flakes. The question has always been, when will the people say enough is enough?
It will take a collapse of the dollar for that question to be answered.
