Ethanol free and stabil at 1 oz per gallon works for 3 years. I burn it up in my Gas engines and finally whatever is left on year 3 in my truck and refill. No issues. Probably could go much longer but rotation is easy.

I have burned 115/145 in my outboard. I was given a drum of it from a deactivated military site. The drum was still sealed but was at least 25 years old. It was fine Sealed in a drum is the only way we've found to keep fuel very long.

Does higher octane 91 last longer than regular octane 87? no but it is near impossible to find 87 no ethanol gas places that carry ethanol free are almost always 91 octane ethanol free Star tron mixed to label directions http://www.starbrite.com/startronI make sure my last tank of gas for the season in my chain saws is a star tron mix and htey start right up again int he fall. I have tried running them out and have chosen leave them full of star tron mixed fuel.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
