the guy making pickled fish in the video posted many times uses talapia
that or Pollak would be two of the lower cost fish options.

To date I have not heard or seen Pollak eating washed corn from cow poop at a big ol panhandle feedyard. I saw it with my own eyes up at Garden City KS and I haven't gong near Tilapia since

As negative as I am on salmon, it is edible when pickled Oh no! Salmon is amazing taste-wise no matter how it's prepared. We broil it with lemon pepper and dip it in butter. You haven't lived until you've had smoked salmon with a beer.
Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.

Incidentally, watching a quiz show called Masterminds one night, one of the questions was: What fish is considered brain food? The answer was salmon. Salmon is also considered one of the most heart-healthy foods there is as well.

I have eaten so much salmon for so many years that the only way I could face it again is when feeding to a dog team.

Tilapia-farming is all over the US. Its one of the easiest fish to raise I'm told.
