This is very different from asking advice about a trap shy raccoon.

Do it right and hire your own lawyer. That work is unique to each business. Also it is expensive. Why do you expect someone to give away that for which they paid.

just make sure the phrase "traps tampered with, damaged or stolen, will be replaced at clients expense" is in there somewhere.

Yeah, lots of pitfalls here. I recommend having your DNR take a look at it too as they may pick up on something an attorney wouldn't.

Contracts are the most difficult thing to get right. I wouldn't be surprised if your competitors are missing needed information. I know 2 in my area that are.
