What has been the best lenders so far on rates? Does quicken loans still seem to be the best? Looking at 30 fix and my local bank i checked with is chase, and they only offered the FHA loans... I've had three with Quicken and they were the easiest, start to finish. You need to shop around and remember some places with low rates kill you with fees (closing costs). Check a credit union as well as the banks.

Anyone but Wells Fargo- they are anti-gun and if you ever get paid for an insurance claim on your house or barns they will find all kinds of ways to sit on your money and keep as much of it as they can.
