BTW, Mississippi is a prime example. The SEC (football) complained and REPUBLICAN legislators were tripping over themselves to change the flag.

Don't think that can't happen with guns.

I have to agree. First of all, we lost the government. The dems are against us. We don’t even have the Republicans on our side since most of them are part of the swamp and other than some rhetoric none of them have done anything to stop the lunacy unfolding in this country.. People like Senator Lindsey Graham is a waste. Talks big on Fox News but gets nothing done. What Warrior said about Mississippi, it is a good example how the Republicans are caving in. Second, we claim to support police officers so are you ready to use violence against a law enforcement officer that comes to take your guns. Plus, the first person to do so will be made an example of and everybody else will cower away from doing anything.

While I am a staunch law and order conservative and have a few God fearing friends who are LEOs or first responders I would indeed respond violently at the point I believed there was no other recourse as I would already be dead at that point.

Maybe it won't be an issue if they eliminate the police departments as a lot of cities have already considered. I suppose a social worker could come to your house to do the confiscation. Sorry, my guns were all lost in a boating accident.

The Left has displayed the best reason to never give up our guns over the last few months, if they don’t allow the police to do their job and won’t protect their citizens you would need to be a fool to give them up. Citizens have guns servants don’t.

They will just tell you what a bad person you are for owning a gun and give you a card to come to their counseling sessions. Actually, when I worked as a school guidance counselor, social workers always had police accompany them in a volatile situation. If these mayors think that social workers are going to replace police, the social workers will tell the mayors to go pound salt before they place themselves in harms way.

Once a right is taken away it's almost impossible to get it back. Gun control is the ultimate prize of the left. If they pass laws and you use a gun to protect yourself or your family, plan on spending the rest of your life in jail and the lost of everything you own. Schools a weapon the left uses to brain wash our youth and gun control is one of their goals. (See link below) The liberals will push police chiefs with like minded goals as they did in Houston. (See link below.)

Friends we are in a battle. I will say it again, if you vote democratic and you enjoy hunting, fishing and guns you need to have your brain checked.

When Cuomo snuck through the NY Safe act,,our County Sheriff said they took an oath to uphold the constitution, and would not enforce unconstutional mandates.

anybody that wants to disarm honest people is no friend of mine

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Oh (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) no they aren't- they are traitors to the constitution they swore to uphold.
What ever happens to them, I say they deserved it and I would apply that to anyone who tries to circumvent my rights as guaranteed by the bill of rights from supreme court justices all the way down to LEOs.

To any and all of you who still don't think they will come
for your firearms, I think you will soon be disapointed.
