Ya. That is a really good idea. I read a article that in alot of cities during covid shut downs of restraunts that they became a huge problem for home owners.

I had good luck with conibear traps when the rats were too big to catch with a flap trap

We always just poisoned them. For a while there was so many of those critters around. We would have a 2×6 with a bunch of screws on it and then screw the blocks of poison onto the screw so they couldn't carry it off.
