Gonna try an auger for my dirt holes this year. Are you guys using a regular cordless drill or is there something better out there? Thanks Warren

I use a dewalt and got 2 batteries for it, i don't use every year but have been drilling dirt holes for a total of three years now.
And no problem yet. This year is a dirt hole year.
I punch alot of them in preseason, that helps than just use it for cleanout bait and go.

Let me sugar coat this

Make sure you carry 2 batteries and hopefully no rocky soil.

I run the Milwaukee fuel M18. I’ve got the 12AH batteries, it’s pricey, but works amazing. I also have a Kdrill for ice fishing, wouldn’t do it any other way. Make sure you use the handle when drilling dirt holes, it’s a wrist breaker lol
