Well those all help a bunch. Quetion: I notice quite a few boards used, and some wire, and some both type. Do you typically use wooden stretchers on the bigger coons, or both? I know wood makes the fur look fuller, but is it a noticably larger price from wooden stretched to wire? Or just a look of satisfaction?

I would like to try both, and get the feel for it, but just thought I would ask you guy's opinion.

Thanks

Brian

My country buyer says the tails don't matter because they aren't used. I plan to ship to NAFA next year and plan on using cardboard to make them more appealing since it's an auction....

Good look'in fur Kyle. Drop your loops down to 4-5 inches and you will avoid those hip catches. I love it when a young feller takes pride in his work and is willing to take the time to make it happen. Great job!!!

dirthole, I'll find out in a week or two. They get sold at NAFA soon.
Yeah your right Dave, I made my loops a little big. It sure is nice to go in the shed and see all of your furs hanging up stretched.

Ya.. them linies across the hide are from snares.. I think the one thats not yet dry is from a coni since its close to the ears on the neck.
