bblwi trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 11,359 East-Central Wisconsin	If you sincerely don't want to catch skunks on your coon line that is your goal or aim regardless of what they may be worth over the coons. For me the best way was to use water sets and not just shallow water sets. DPs will limit your skunk catch some but not as much as you may hope. Using body gripper traps in cubbies that are elevated enough to limit skunks. Another option is to find heavily used coon trails and set them up heavy and move quickly say in a couple days. Yes you will miss some coon but your odds of incidentals go down including the skunks if there are more coon traveling those trails. Bryce
