Oneida Community came out with their new "The Victor" trap in 1886. It had a cast pan and bolted jaw posts like their "Newhouse" and "Hawley & Norton" traps. In the early 1890's they changed the cast pan to a riveted sheet metal pan and then shortly after dropped "The" from the name and pan stamp to just "Victor". In 1909 Oneida Community started cutting the "V" in the pan.
